SMS Terms & Conditions

The Maya Property Assistant SMS program (the “Program”), operated by Frandiego Veloz, sends transactional property text messages between landlords and their tenants. These include maintenance request confirmations, repair coordination and scheduling, status updates, rent reminders, and account notifications.

The Program is for transactional and account messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

When you are invited to Maya, we email you a link to set up your account. During setup, you may enter your mobile number and check an opt-in box that is unchecked by default to consent to receive text messages from your property via Maya. Consent to texts is optional and is not a condition of renting, signing a lease, or using the resident portal.

Message frequency varies based on your maintenance requests, scheduling, and account activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier, according to your plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

The Program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others, as well as many regional carriers. Carrier support is subject to change.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
